Same exhaust tip I have. It fits perfectly and looks good. Can't go wrong for the price for a resonated S/S tip.

It's not much louder, I can't hear the difference from the inside which is great!

I have a chrome tip from wally-world too (got tired of seeing that dull, stock exhaust sticking out), but I didn't think it did any thing to the sound... I may have to take a video to see if it sounds like yours...

I like your video, and the sound the resonated exhaust tip makes! I looked at it the other day and it seems it would be awfully close to the rear bumper. I can't really tell from you video, maybe you could take a pic and post it.

I had never checked, but I did last night and it does give it a little nicer sound! :thumbsup:

And for those that can't get their head around it, the tip resonates the exhaust sound a little; giving it a little bit more growl. It is a cheap, easy mod that not only makes your Yaris look a little better (that stock exhaust pipe is hideous!), but sound a little better as well!

Yeah I actually went through the aisle 4 times before I found them. They are hidden in the aisle with the cosmetic car mod items, i.e. shift knobs, pedals, leds, etc. You might not find it at Walmart unless it's a supercenter though...

I think it does make it louder in some cases, if it goes from a smaller pipe to a larger pipe, it would be like a cone bull horn... imho

I had the sam experience when i changes my tip to two 3" in the middle. It seems that the exhaust maybe echos in the bigger diameter or something. I used to work in a muffler shop and did noy remember this ever happening but when I installed my tip on the Yaris I heard it right away

I went and got it too.. it looks pretty damn good, gotta say.. Esp for 12 bucks. Its pretty high quality too. Made in the U.S., stainless with rolled edge, and a drain hole at the bottom. As much as I don't like going to Walmart (I have big time anxiety around large groups of people), it was worth the trip. First time there in months. Tomorrow I'll see if I can take a good close-up pic or 2 to post here.

I finally found one at the Walmart Supercenter back home. Adds a tiny bit of growl, but essentially sounds the same IMHO. Looks good though.

Seemed like it took forever tightening the two bolts for it, and it might need adjusted later, but installation was a cinch.

wow you guys might make me get one! i am a new yaris owner and i pretty happy with my car. I would like to do minor changes like change the tip, add the c-5 spoiler(i think thats the name), change the pedals and shift knob. I think thats about it. after that i am completely happy with my car.
