Maintenance Required Light upon Starting Car

Just started on Friday, but only after I start the car.... it flashes for about 30 seconds after the rest of the dashboard lights are off. Never happens again then.

I'll be taking it in for my first oil change at 5,000 miles in about a week or two. Could this flashing light just be an early sign for an oil change or would that be a different light? Furthermore, could this light be a sign of something significant?

I'm at 4672 miles now or something like that. Had the car since end of April. No problems so far.

The light starts flashing at 4500 miles, and will stay on once you hit 5000 miles. When you change your oil, the mechanic or you resets the light, and then it will start flashing again 4500 miles after you reset the light. So nothing is wrong with the car, change the oil, have the mechanic reset the light.
