Police Officer inadvertantly rear ends a drunk driver. The Cop's friends arrive and arrest her.
While she is sitting in the patrol car the mike and recording is on, and we get to hear the Thin Blue Line plotting about how to make the accident "look good". They decided to claim that a "Cat jumped out of the car" or some other lie.
Stupid.... can you say "Conspiracy"?
