Hi guys/gals,

I posted the other day my story of having my car broken into. They smashed in through the small window in the right rear door (luckily). I'll be picking up my replacement window and rubber surrounding today after work. I checked through the Window Glass PDF repair manual but that's the only window it doesn't cover. I was hoping someone on here has some good instructions on how to get this window in.

By the looks of it, it should only need to be popped in and maybe use my finger or a hard piece of plastic to go around it, pulling the rubber through one side.

Any help or suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks!

Here is what I did in my corolla - not sure if its 100% the same. Basically, I rolled the window next to the quarter glass down, removed the rear door panel, unscrewed a bolt holding the frame in between the rear window and the rear quarter glass, and then you should be able to wiggle that frame enough to squeeze the quarter glass in. Straighten out the frame, bolt it back in, reassemble the door and make sure your window still rolls up.

Thanks for the tip! That's going to be easier than the manual saying to take things right apart
