I thought I remember reading somewhere that Trust had a turbo kit for the Yaris/Vitz :iono: I was on their website and couldn't find it. However I did find the one for the first gen xB. Is that the one someone was talking about? If so I know some one who can get the kit anyone is interested.

What about the ALL hated ZAGE kit?

Is complete, is for the Yaris, it fits... And lots of Yaris folks in Asia have been using it for years.

I believe their kit is about $1600 with no management. For additional cost they can hook you up with a management option. I belive they offer a emange gold for their kit for an extra $400. 2ZZ injectors/wideband/boost gauge.. another $350 and you are done. A fully operational kit.

The question mark on that kit is the turbo, which is probably chinese and can either last a few months or even longer than your car. But you can always upgrade to a brand name T25 later on if the turbo dies prematurely.

Wasnt that kit beat to hell? every1 always bashes it saying its parts are inferior. I think it would be a good base kit to upgrade from.

I am still puttin my kit together... o man looks like it will take longer than the 2 months predicted. There is just so much to it. How can any1 say its easy as "just get this and that" is beyond me:iono:

I've seen the greddy kit for the xb for around $2,300 (base kit with no intercooler) with emange blue

The HKS I've seen it for around $2600 (no intercooler) with fcon mini.

The zage is around $1600 with intercooler and no management.

And yeah every body hates on the zage... however lots of asian guys are using it with very good results..:iono:

Trust = Greddy

I know that I just thought I remember seeing somewhere on here (kicking myself for not being able to find it right now) that they made a turbo kit for the Yaris and they were not interested in shipping to the US. Or am I thinking of another company?

Someone find me a good deal on an engine management or better yet a standalone, and i'll probably grab the zage kit within the next month and try it out, if anything i have another 2 turbos waiting to go in...

Good deal means im not paying $1600 for the kit and then another $1000 for the management LOL

that was the hks kit for the xb, I'm thinking about getting it but it may be cheaper just to buy a turbo manifold and a turbo when you will have to have custom piping made, unless for some reason the down-pipe fits the yaris. I don't think anyone has the kit installed to know if it will. Oh and you can order it now, foes for 2.5-3k :thumbsup:

I was planning on getting the HKS kit but wanted to look at the Trust "greddy" kit to see if they made one for thr Yaris so I wouldn't have to redo the piping

Haven't people been having problems with AEM FIC, i mean if someone stated the problems here, maybe theres a work around to it like i found for the emanage blue? and the FIC is just a piggybacker. I think i remember joey and Garm both having issues IIRC, and it doesn't advance ignition?

Honestly, as much as people been knocking on Zage which isn't big here in the states, I'm gonna give them a try. It seems to be a nice kit to begin with and already have a buddy offering me a Garrett GT2871R as an upgrade to the T25.

Just need a fuel management (which Zage does offer as stated in an earlier post by CASTREX), and tC injectors.
