I'm having some trouble with my short shift install.
The directions that came with mine were for a Liftback. I have a sedan, but the short shifter still fits, as I am told. I started taking apart the center console, and found that I could not get it totally off, revealing the whole shift assembly. I got the piece off that encircles the shifter, and then I got the piece off that encircles the emergency break. I couldnt get the rest off. Can someone please help me out. hehe
Is it at all possible to do it without taking the console off? How did you do it?
