View Full Version : Who Still Has Their OG YW Decal?

Just wondering who still has the YW decal from the first batch? Mine is really starting to peel off, and I'll be replacing it very soon.

Is it starting to peel? In addition to mine peeling, it started to discolor to a pinkish-reddish color at certain areas (it was white).

Still got mine. I use it as a car wash indicator. Dust piling-up along the edges into a thin halo is usually a sign :laugh:

when are we talking OG? I got some back in '08 and the first run to Ohio we did with the car tore them to shit...lol.

our second batch from late '08 are holding strong.....

Well gotta remember a small batch that I did back in 08. I will admit that alot of the stickers I had received had a problem with lasting like the others.

The 3 I had from that batch, 2 were peeling a bit, so I replaced them with Astroman's batch, now I have 4...holding on strong.

I know it's easier for my to get my local forum stickers than YW stickers :(

I still think Astroman is doing them, contact him and see...he might have some extras from his sales.

Mine is still on pretty strong. The corners of some of the letters seem to have little strands of microfiber cloth in them, but other than that........no fading. Mine is a blue YW decal on the top-middle front windshield... :)

Maybe try a different color this time Kaotic?

I bought another white one from Brandon when my YW first showed signs of peeling. I've just been lazy scrape off the old one and slap the new one on. :laugh:
