Just thought I would share some pictures from my recent trip to Mosport with my Yaris.

First, the mods:
1) Raptor Racing/Whiteline Rear Swaybar
2) Tanabe NF210 Lowering Springs

Looks like a lot of fun...I hope I'll be able to give my car a rip at one of those events at some point...

Cheers

I would certainly recommend it to all who are interested in pushing their cars and themselves to the limit in a safe environment.

For comparison, here is a picture of my (lightly modded) Yaris next to a bone stock one.

Are you thinking of comming out to Mosport Sept 6 or Oct 12 with Touge.ca ??? You were running with the Prelude club right ??

I was running with the prelude club (their next day @ Mosport DDT is September 13). I will likely try to make the Oct 12 Touge event, but I am unsure how I feel about tracking the Yaris two weekends in a row...

It is a tad bit of abuse for a brand new car :(

That said... I just bought a sparco bucket seat + 4 point harness and I am in the process of having a harness bar made....

Yeah, only 5% stiffer than stock. It's all good though, I am not going crazy with the Yaris. You don't need a full blown race car to learn to drive well...
