Are these tag LED lights bright enough to be legal?

Because of the angle the Yaris bulbs are at the LEDs shine more out the back of the car than they do down at the taillight :( Do you think these are bright enough or do I need to buy new ones?

I'm not really sure...Alabama's constitution is longer than the freaking LotR trilogy lol. Finding things in it is a PITA. I may just ask a cop and see what he says, I know several around here.
