Dynojet dynamometer.
I'll get the dyno sheets one day.
97.5 WHP.
94.3 WHP wth A/C on.
/EDIT. I lied. I underestimated my power numbers because I left the dyno print out in my car at the time.
Heat soaked(car was sitting idling with no fan on it, for 20 minutes while we took our time strapping the car down: 96.64whp 95.43wtq.
After a few passes to get the coolant flowing, and have the fan cool some stuff down: 97.90whp 96.23wtq
Final run, with A/C on: 94.87whp 93.62wtq
Temperature was around 90 degrees per run.

for a car rated at 106bhp, i would think 95-97 to the wheels on the dyno would be right on...why does everyone feel like it should be closer to 90 and below?

That's the results we've seen so far... 90ish at the wheels for manual, 80ish or less for automatic on stock cars

remember, new SAE ratings for hp make the overall output Lower than the old SAE ratings. that's one of the reasons a "newly rated" car's HP will read higher on an "older rated" SAE dyno

what does the R in rwhp stand for?...i would have assumed it stood for 'rear' but, obviously we are not talking about a rear wheel drive car so, fill me in...

Having 91.3 HP at the rear wheels in addition to what's on the front would liven up a Yaris.
Maybe REAL? hhaha
LMAO I am stupid. I of course should have written 91.3 fwhp.
Can't blame me for dreaming of a rwd Yaris lol :P
