Change the Stereo

I know there are alot of DIY manuals, but i can't find one that shows me how to change this particular stereo.
Can anyone advise please?

Your radio display looks a lot better than mine. Its hard to read mine in daylight. The background is tan and the numnerals are faded looking black. Could mine be defective?

this might be a silly question but this part number: 08600-00980 does it come with the grey side panels and the silver center parts?
i checked alot of places and it only says Audio/CD player. If it is just the player, its kinda silly to catergorize it in the part menus.... =/
