alarm ???

hi i got a 3 door lift back yaris that has a 5 speed manual gearbox. i need to park my car outside my house now. but i don't have an alarm. witch alarm would you sugest for me. i don't rellay care for remote start but would like to get 2 way with one mile range. and im heard the dei are one of the best. what do you think?

i have a used compustar alarm/starter i had in my matrix xrs...havent used it as my yaris has manual locks

DEI is a vetran player in the alarm world. Any of the alarms under the DEI unbrella that fit your needs are fairly easy for a shop to install. The same goes with Autopage. Compustar is another good quality repsonder alarm company, the only drawback that I've seen with them is that the install is a bit more "difficult" or rather time consuming for the instlaller.

Personally I'm waiting for the next generation of Autopage RS1000 that comes out next year. The display and fob should be worth waiting for (at least in my instance). ...A metal fob and OLED animated graphics? Heck yeah.
