Yep, they're the stock 15" alloys for the US Liftback.

Those are the accessory rims not the factory rims which I happen to like much better.

Actually they're neither. The factory accessory alloys are 7 spoke, and identical to the Scion xB alloys.

The Ebay wheels look like they're from the late '80s or '90s (finish, no logo, condition, etc)

You are right those are 10 spoke wheels, and the accessory wheels are 7 spoke wheels, which are nicer.
