NST Underdrive or NST Crank Lite or one of the sets

Hey Everyone,

Keep in mind that my car is AT and I wont be getting a SC or Turbo.

I did search around the boards for more info but didn't find exactly an answer to my question. So should I get an underdrive pulley or the crank lite pulley or just buy one of the sets (if so which set would be a solid choice)

I am just doing minor mods to help a little. I don't have big plans to go all out on the engine. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
