All are welcome, you don't have to be customized to attend
Event Start @ 12:00 pm
Event End @ 5:00pm
Judging will be going on all day
Awarding will begin at 4:00pm with pictures with your car and group photos shortly afterwards.
To be elligible for awards you must stay until Awarding.

In our efforts to make our guests happy, we want people to have a fair shake at awards. All judging will be held by an impartial committee who are not registered in any category.
Judging will be based on Overall Presentation. Not just how many Mods you may have, but how they all coincide together.
Customizations should be clean, seamless, near perfect.
Understandably event goers will be coming from all over, and will be driving their vehicles.
If a vehicle is registered for show category and has a little bit of dirt, it will not be held against it. Ofcourse if a vehicle is there for show, it should be presentable.

No LI Tuners there ... it was all Ambient Lifestyle (hence why we got the Club trophy, lol).

Had a great time as always, but the Yaris win I really don't take it as a win because there was no others to compete with :( . We had a great Yaris turnout the last show with stiff competition which was awesome. What happened this time?

WHAT HAPPENED THIS TIME was that i didn't get involved. i busted my ass to make sure the summer show was a success and my good name was thrashed due to poor judging among other things. The 2010 show season for us is put on hold status until we can find a way to cure our problems.......

What was unfair abut the judging? I didn't see anything wrong. And I'm not saying this because I got first place. I always thought that the judging was the better of the other shows I go to. Only that beats Rockland in judging is NOPI in my eyes.

MY PROBLEM is a G37 who is friends with our judges won a HONORABLE MENTION trophy even though his front lip spoiler was held on by sheet metal screws which looked like shit. another example is JERKRATT and his non painted tie wrapped bumpers winning a 3rd place trophy when BRAZDON or someone else could have EASILY taken that one.

this last show was no exception especially when it came to the old school corolla's and the judges complete lack of knowledge about them.........

I think that if that is your major issue you should get someone who actually knows what a car should look like. I may be impartial to certain cars but, even I would give a civic a trophy, if it was clean and done right, over a yaris or a corolla with half ass work.

I think we should just look into next year with high hopes. This year was just doomed due to many negative attributes including the economy (and Andy being anti-social lol jk).
as for judging, i would stop depending on technical advantage. Best thing to do would be to source 3 ppl one from each community (scion,toyota, classic toyota) and have them judge each car simultaneously.

That's actually a good idea.....

My friend with a 70's Corolla was asked byt he judges if it was FWD.......And if they choose someone FROM the Old School Community (I could line a judge up), they would surely come.

I did notice the lip on the G37 myself along with the screws. That's totally understandable and as for the the Corolla (old school), they should know what they are looking at and be true Toyota enthusiests to judge those if they are going to ask a question like that.
