Alright I have a 2009 sedan and since nobody wants to buy my Eclipse CD3200 I'm just going to pull the factory radio out and install my Eclipse. My question is this: how will the AC vents look when I'm done? I see most people seem to have a nice looking cutout for their radio, but mine seems to be a solid unit along with the AC vent trim.

If I get a dashkit, does it come with a plate to put around the AC vents? I don't want it to look like crap.

Thanks, and sorry if this has been asked before.

you must first buy the double din dash from toyota and then you can install a single or double din deck. The double din dash will have the same vents but provide a large opening in the middle

Ah ok, so I can just go to my Toyota dealer and ask for that part? I Googled around online and haven't been able to find them for purchase anywhere else. I saw where someone said they were $80+...is that true? That's pretty expensive for some plastic... I had to buy a new dash faceplate thing for my Ranger a while back when I broke the 12v port out of mine and it was $10.

Thanks for the reply!

Does anybody have the Toyota part number for this for the 2009 sedan? The Toyota dealers in this area have no idea what I'm talking about.
