i'd take the JVC over the others, but i think you could do better for the money.. (yes i realize you're talking $AU)

http://www.crutchfield.com/p_113KSCSW10/Kenwood-KSC-SW10.html?tp=114

$290AU

and crutchfield is one of the best for customer svc

I can't tell what type of enclosures they are (ported, sealed, bandpass).

In order of prefrence...

1:SEALED oh my gawd go sealed if any of those options are sealed
2: oh wtf... if its ported it's a 90% chance it's a high tune and will be mediocre (in quality & range)
3: oh wtf again... if its bandpas it's a 98% chance it's a high tune and will be even more mediocre (in terms of quality of range)

Realistically... the box type is going to be the biggest factor here. It doesn't matter which sub is best... it matters which sub is in the best box for THAT sub.
