We're you able to do a legal smog with the bluetop. I currently have the same car with the same engine but it won't pass. Any suggestions?

i did a complete rebuild on mine like new over sized pistons, rings, valve job, head cleaned, block rehoned, new bearings, crank shaft cleaned, complete new seals, new spark plugs, etc and it passed smog easy.

Thanks for looking and the interest guys. As of today my car is SOLD. I felt sad but happy that it will go to a new home that is closer to my place. A cool honda guy bought it and been wanting to get one for years. Atleast I will still be able to see her coz we'll be hanging out and I offered him some help with his corolla whenever he needs help. Thanks Yarisworld.
