Window won't roll down

My cousin has a 2007 Yaris; he's the reason I bought mine and now his manually operated window won't roll down. I've been searching for a repair manual to help me with repairing it and can't find any. Anyone have any suggestions to help with either the repair or the manual? Thanks!

Look at the DIY section of the forum. At the top of that section you'll see a sticky with a link to the 07 service manual.
