Eibach Summer Nights = LONE Yaris

Well all I can say is that it was a sad night at the Eibach meet.

1,000 Hondas & 1 Yaris

I was hoping to see & meet my fellow Yaris members but with no success.
I was there for 3 to 4 hours, walked the entire parking lot 3 or 4 times and stood at the main entrance to watch for any Yaris & all the cars enter the Eibach lot for about 1.5 hours.
Was I disappointed? Bummed? HUMMM, Yes

Next to my car was a new Hyundi Genesis, Very nice.
The guy who owned it said he had a Yaris but didn't know about anyone from the Yaris group getting together at the meet. So I introduced myself and said I am the group tonight. He got a good laugh.
All in all it was a fantastic meet for Hondas
I live 4 to 5 miles from the Eibach facility and until my arrival there I didn't know that Callaway, (GM's approved High Performance Corvette Company) shared the same grounds (1/3 of the building) They had a bitchen Black Z06 Supercharged Vette parked at the front door. It put ALL the Hondas to shame. Eibach had a New Camaro SS with Eibachs suspension package on it, way fricken cool as well. I would love to see Callaway build a Camaro - OH Boy!!!

I'm sorry for such a low turnout. One reason is that the flyer got posted on here just this week. I would have gone with another week's notice.

There was also a meetup and cruise in the morning - same day.

So, if anyone knows about an event for us, post it as early as possible

Future planning is a must since none of us run on a similar schedule. Plus people need time to prep their cars and make plans. So Cal usually rolls pretty deep so if you give the guys more time next year I'm sure there will be a good turn out.

yea it was pretty literally almost a last minute notification. if i had maybe 3 more days notice at least i could have altered my plans and made it

im kinda annoyed because im pretty sure this car was there and i wanted to see it in person

That's an NSX isn't it? I had the pleasure of seeing one of those pull into the Acura dealership I was working at on Friday. Definitely a beautiful car.

I read somewhere Honda's working on bringing it back for next year. It'll be based on the ASCC

its my dream car. i plan to own one before my 26th bday. we'll see how that works out. i want a black on black (berlina black pearl) targa top nsx.

honda stopped r&d for the new v10 nsx due to the current state of the economy. maybe they will pick it back up once the economy recovers

If shaneezy was there I didn't have the chance to meet her.
When it was time to actually leave, there were many, many people standing at the exit watching the cars leave and I was waiting for people to BOO the only Toyota

you guys should put this red LED device thing (sways back and forth like the computer) if you get a straight black Honda NSX...like the Knight Rider's car computer thing...<--I've seen this at a local meet here in Milpitas California, looked badass
