NST have Two Types in Cabin SSK http://shop.microimageonline.com/product.sc?productId=112&categoryId=2

or the engine SSK http://shop.microimageonline.com/product.sc?productId=3&categoryId=2

Both are great units and very easy to instal
and make the shifting a lot nicer .
I personally have the incabin one and love it ,the engine bay one is a copy of theTRD SSK .
on a side note if you want one but dont want to pay the shipping , your more than welcome
to get Garm to put it with my order that is leaving on Monday
and i will send it to you from New Zealand .
PM me if you want more details .

I have the NST short shifter engine bay one and shifter bushings as well. It feels much better then stock, alot firmer and nicer.

It will most likely affect the warranty, as with most aftermarket parts it will affect your warranty. Obviously if anything goes wrong, you can always take it out first. Haha, but Toyota can only really blame it if the part was definatly the cause of the problem if something goes wrong.

I might be able to show you the engine one and how it feels if you wanted to. Just let me know if you wanted to before you purchase it.

The Engine bay wont Void any warranty as you are only changeing
the shift position , it takes 2 minutes to fit , http://www.yarisworld.com/forums/showthread.php?t=17419&highlight=DIY+NST+SSK+Install
Here is an install DIY on a 09 , check out the photos
this 09 shows a sightly different actuator to some 09's
they normally fit with no modification .
Besides ruimond might help you out if you ask nicely . lol.
