i give the guy credit for getting it on tape and actually doing something about it... although i think he was a complete asshole in how he went about dong it. listening to him talk i the car was extremely stupid and there was no need to ask him to arrest him and stand in front of his car. both are stupid.

the cops around my area suck at driving and need to be blown in every once in a while.

The guy filming is a douchebag, why didn't the cop run the guys license and reg? and see if he had any outsanding fines and warrants? I think the cop was scared, if it had been me in the same position at a bare minimum I would have checked his license and reg and if i thought the guy was a threat to me I would have called in for another unit to attend or taken things into my own hands (lawfully of course).

I know cops can get in major trouble for doing those things however, you are supposed to report it. You should not follow the cop and break the law trying to get the cop in trouble. If it were me I would have arrested the kid for following me. I've known cops to leave sirens off to go to a burglary so that no one can be warned of there arrival, but I doubt that was the situation.
