Is anyone aware of a throttle body spacer made for the 1.5 Yaris? I checked-out an OBX made for another toyota 1.5, but the shape was wrong, and the size. Only 3 bolt holes.

It has 3 bolt holes because it's made for non-electronic Throttle (echo Scion Xa Xb).

There's currently an ongoing project to bring these to the Yaris:

You need the 1ZZ tb for this one to work

You could, but you would need to port match the mani for best results.
The spacer being manufactured by AlexNet0 will be plug-and-play for the 1NZ mani and 1ZZ TB.

i made a spacer for my car and ran into fuel problems. the spacer was 1/8" and it kept throwing a lean code. i solved it by getting 1zz injectors. just a heads up

Someone please explain what the spacers do? And why it causes the A/F ratio to be different.

I see the thread with people interested - does he have enough people to confirm he's producing it?

I also thought that the purpose of his project was to make a spacer thick enough to support a NOS nozzle.

I think there's enough interest, but I heard they had a setback due to the CNC machine that they purchased.

I hope they can do this soon enough, because I'm getting ready to install the NOS kit that you sold me. I still need to know which pieces I'm missing though...
