Im considering getting gloss black vinyl for hood and roof. I read the differences between Calendered and Cast vinyl, so where has people gotten their vinyl from and specifically which type did you get? I would hate to have any kind of shrinking in heat.

I used to work at a franchise sign shop. DON'T get the calendared vinyl! That is the cheap stuff. It's of lower quality, and is less flexible and guaranteed for less years than premium vinyls. Go with Gerber Scotchcal premium vinyls. That is what my decals and stripes are made from and it's got a 7 year guaranteed outdoor life, with some people reporting double that life.

www.signwarehouse.com is where I get mine. They have ORACAL comes in a few qualities, so you have a choice. The 751 or 851 is very nice and lasts a long time.

well if Oracal is what you choose, it must be good stuff. Only thing is do i really need 30 feet of 24" wide vinyl? unless i screw up the hood about 6x which...is a possibility. ill need 48" for the roof i think, i know it starts wide then gets narrow as you go from front to back.
