so i was in torrance getting my ramen on at mitsuwa...and there were 4 other yaris's out there...all hatchbacks... just wondering if anyone on here was one of em :]

This gave me an idea for a meet. LOL ( Yaris meet at Kahoo Ramen, near Mitsuwa in Saratoga, California ) Anyone down for that?

Mitsuwa is cool for Japanese foods/snacks...I'm not too fond of their small restaurant thing they have inside......

Surprisingly they were all white. I parked next to the only one I saw... And when I left there was another one park two stalls away... Another one next to the market entrance of mitsuwa... And one park allllll the way at the end near the exit... It's funny cause when I go there I can only park in a certain place because my car can't handle the speed bumps in that parking lot. Mmmm I had ramen that day but I was feeling for some curry club, but, they're closed on Mondays... Curry house sounds very tempting!

LOL. Mitsuwa is a Japanese super market to get a bunch of Japanese imported foods/drinks from Japan and stuff.

The one here has a small food court dining area, enough to house 8-10 of us. Not sure about the one in so-cal and so-cal san diego....

Me too, if I can get it off from work... Just remember, mitsuwa closes at 8 I think.. So if it's late and you guys want ramen it might have to be at shinsengumi (just a thought)

The Shinsengumi was a mercenary group formed by the Shogun to prevent the Emperor from getting control of the country. This was the twilight of the Edo Period and the dawn of the Meiji Era, 1870's. Japan was put in isolation since 1615 by the Tokugawa Shogun and Admiral Perry, 1853, from America forced Japan to open its door to trade. This brought on the realization by the Emperor that Japan was living in the 1600's and the world had advanced. The people called the Shinsengumi the "Wolves of Mibu."
