View Full Version : FS: MOMO Seats w/ Wedge Brackets

I bought these from Garm a few weeks ago and have decided not to use them.
Since they are bucket seats, they do not fold forward or recline, which ended up being impractical for me to use on a daily driver.
They are very lightweight and in excellent condition- no rips, pulls, etc.
The seats come mounted on Wedge brackets and sliders.
I paid $300 for the seats without the Wedge brackets or sliders, so I'm asking $500 since I'm including the brackets and sliders. I'm willing to entertain reasonable offers though.
I prefer local pickup (zip code 07748), but Greyhound shipping is available for $100

Will do. I'm pretty sure he's already committed/interested in the seats TinyGiant's selling anyway so these are still up for grabs.

That just made my week! It's been hell trying to find a good pair of used seats that isn't bright red. They would all just look tacky in a meteorite metallic yaris.

FYI - This seller claimed he was selling to me and was out of town and couldn't ship till monday, then claimed they were sold to a "local" buyer.

Cool! I'll get a paypal out to you over the weekend. Just let me know your paypal address.
Mike
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I ended up selling the seats locally earlier this morning, so they are no longer available for sale.
Please disregard my previous PM requesting money via Paypal.
Sorry again,
Mike
This is how you do business?

I think I'd rather work out a deal with you on these seats than the red ones. I just don't think the NRG's are really going to give good enough track support, and that's what I'm after. I'm a bit tight on $$ after buying new track tires, but I'll shoot you an offer: I can do $500 shipped and I can do it immediately. Let me know. Thanks!
Deal! I'm out of town until Sunday but I can ship them out Monday depending when you pay.

A little more background.
If you don't want to sell something for the offer that's made, then say so, or tell me that you're still taking offers.

Yea I saw this today and knew you were going to be upset because you said that he was selling them to you. Maybe he didn't want to deal with shipping?:iono: If the seller didn't want to deal with shipping them he should have said so. Also you were the first one to say you sent a PM I thought that was thesame as calling dibs?

Wow... I had no idea this sale was affecting so many people, so I apologize for ruining everyone's weekend.
For starters, ozmdd and I did have a deal for these seats, but after hearing nothing from him after I sent a Paypal invoice, I assumed he changed his mind, which has happened between the two of us before.
"A little more background" on this- he and I also had struck a deal for the red NRG seats I sold previously. We agreed on a price and then I never heard from him again, so I traded them to TinyGiant.
Fast forward a few weeks, and I get a PM saying he's interested in these Momo seats, only to find out he's also in negotiations with TinyGiant for the same red NRG seats he wanted to buy from me (hence post #9 of this thread).
He finally decided between the two and told me he wanted the Momos. We decided on a price, I sent a Paypal invoice, and haven't heard anything from him until tonight when he decided to bash me both publicly and via PM for my apparent misunderstanding of his intentions. I really did think he had changed his mind again, having not heard from him or received any money.
So please forgive me for being a little skeptical in terms of his commitment to buy these Momos from me and my willingness to sell to someone else who was willing to offer more money, immediate payment, and reliable communication.
I apologize again for what I'm sure seems like a total dick move on my part, but I hope at least some of you understand that I was not completely at fault here. I'm willing to accept my share of the blame for jumping to conclusions and all, but I don't think it's fair to say this is all on me.
