Here are some things I found interesting over at the Bulletproof website,
but I‘m not really sure what they do:

Front 4 Point Under Brace - I’m going to guess that this item, like the
Strut Tower Bar, reduces flex on the chassis. Right? Wrong?

Center Under Brace - This does the same thing?

Aluminum Under Panel - For better air flow under the car?? Or maybe just
to help keep engine compartment clean or protected? Something else?

I was just going to send John a PM with all these questions but I
thought there might be some other mechanical-retards out there that
might benefit from the answers.

Correct

Also correct... all the bars sold at BP will function to stiffen things up a bit, although obviously the placement of the bars will affect the car in different ways.

Yes, and the slots in the bottom will force air upwards into the engine compartment. I'm pretty sure the aerodynamic change brought on by an aluminum under panel will increase downforce as well, but I could be wrong there. I know F1 cars have them and they function as such.

GET OUT!
I got 3 for 3?
Woo-HOO!
I'm starting to feel less like a nerd... well, a little.

Do you think the Aluminum Under Panel might help with acceleration or
fuel economy? Less drag = better performance?

Hey, whats wrong with being a nerd?

Changes will be negligable. You probably wouldn't even notice the under panel was there until your Yaris was a little closer to 150 HP if you know what I mean.
