If you're looking for a good set of mud flaps on a budget look no further than IKEA. For $1.99 you can get yourself a 2 pack of flexible cutting boars in either black, red or blue. I bought two packages and 2 bags of screws from Lowes for a grand total of $8 . I managed to snap a few photos last night while I was installing the front however it was with a cell so they aren't the best. A little fine tuning may be needed but i think they came out well. More photos to come!

P.S.- The cutting boards come in two different shades  so if you want the same color on both sides you'll need to pick up two packages.

Nice DIY but i would take some shears and trim it a little bit to be flush with the fender. That way it looks more oem isntead of looking like cutting boards screwed to your car =)

Yeah, I've been thinking about that myself. I'm trying to decide if they'll be as functional if they don't stick out a little on the sides.

 Ya know if I could find a set of decent flaps online that weren't just the oem ones for aesthetics and light spray then I wouldn't have to go this route. However atm Rally Armor has no plans for Yaris flaps so IKEA it is

You should be fine with stock tire width. If you go with 215s, it might be a good idea to leave them as is, but cut the top so its rounded more.
