Slippy storage spots solved

Hi,


I was wondering what to do with my slippery storage bins areas. You stick
anything in them and it will slide around easily.

So I was shoppin at Costco and spied a roll of this stuff

Non adhesive, translucent, ribbed, soft contact plastic.


So I cut out a
drivers side bin,
passenger side bin,
and below the power outlet bin - sized mats, and now they stay put, and what I place on them stays put. super-sano, non adhesive, grippy. Works awesome.

hmmmmm...I have no pictures.

thickness is....like a clear vinyl shower curtain...a bit thicker.... and the ribs are a bit thicker

it is just a layer of plastic that will lay down flat and it is easy to cut.

it doesn't stick, but it does lightly grip. so if you cut out a piece to the
dimensions of the compartment or bay, it won't slide around and stuff
on it won't slide around. Watching my gps and phone, and coins, slide around
all day got boring after a while...then annoying.


You can get this stuff anywhere...the link was just to show the roll. I guess any cabinet liner would work. I got costco 'cuz it was 8 bucks for the whole roll, and I have other
things I can use that for

that's a good idea. i don't put much in those compartments put i do throw things in those back compartments to each side of the spare. hate hearing that stuff slide about when i have to make an abrupt stop or something. might try some of this stuff.
