Dude I saw that live watching CNN on my phone. It was halarious I don't know what that lady was thinking but very entertaining. And yes it was a Scion Xb 1st gen being chased all over Orange County until she ran out of road.

Hah! One of the club members (decades ago) pulled that routine in Vancouver in the middle of the night. It was a Cooper 1275, and the guy was a master of the handbrake turn. Led them on a merry chase for nearly an hour; he lost his license for considerably longer. Mind you, being somewhat drunk didn't help...
