this looks like it could be spam, but it isn't! lol. i returned my mini a couple weeks ago and because i paid cash for it, they had to give me a gift card back. i have no intention of using it at all, so i'm putting it up here.. me needs the cash :tongue:

I'd love to upgrade my wifes computer situation. she has a g4 ibook that is terribly slow and completely packed with pictures.. its time for a macbook for her at some point when i get the funds

my brother has an ibook.. we just put snow leopard on it and he fell back in love with it. i guess going from tiger to snow leopard does that for a person =P

i have leopard on my MBP but its intel and her ibook is powerpc i dont think i can use the discs from it to upgrade her ibook.

i dont want to drop the coin on the program either.

the biggest issue she has is with online video or thos stupid yoville games they lag alot .. i dont know if its the processor or the OS..

the seats are direct fit to the OEM sliders :) i have some brackets that keep the seats the same height and such. also have the mod for the airbag bypass switch :)

the prob is yoville.. it's so addicting! i eventually had to block it to keep myself from using it and hogging up my resources. it's even worse on a pc... =\

hahha, i think i'mma have to pass on the seats, though. if something happens to my oem's, i'll consider getting some ;)

well, top priority is to get my brakes done.. they squeak and that's never a good sign. next is to get projectors. i have my eyes set on a pair that may soon become available, so i'll wait that out, unless i find some better ones in the meantime. i'd love to get HIDs, but we'll see lol. i also want to get a spoiler, but i havent decided on the kind yet. i haven't done enough research into them to find out which one i like the best.

Good news! Apple just released their new line of macbooks, Mac mini's, cinema displays, and now 16:9 iMacs! Just think.. An extra $30 off a new one essentially for free? Now tell me that isn't good news! =P

Oh trust me, I know how it feels.. When I got my first Mac, they came out with a better one 5 weeks later, so I couldn't even return it and get the new one. The new macbook is just like a book pro! Only white and redesigned! ;)

that happened to me with the imac. luckily the MBP dont change that much

the new MBP though says it has two video cards 8gb of ram space and 3.0ghz as well as 500gb space

luckily i havent found needing any of that yet :)

I don't see why not - people sell their gift cards all the time. You could throw it on EBay also .... they usually only sell for a few bucks less than their worth on there. Make it a 'buy it now' for $475 and free shipping - you'll sell it quick I'm sure.
