Iam planning to install a set of TEIN's S-Tech on my 2009 Yaris sedan but I don't know if Iam going to have rubbing problems with my 205/50/16 tires,(offset 42,american racing Haze rims)...should I have to go down to 205/45/16 tires??I live in Peru so the roads are not that good.
Thanks, all ideas are welcome

You should be fine as long as you drive slower with that setup.
It would also help if you did a strut upgrade to minimize the bouncing, which should eliminate what's left of the rubbing issue.

If it is of any help, I'm on s techs and stock 15s w/ stock tires and stock shocks and I have only rubbed on the liner once or twice very lightly at like 50 mph on a big sharp dip.
Idk how much this really helps you but just thought I'd share my experience....

I use the Tanabe DF210 lowering springs on 205/50/16 and I rub usually while pulling u-turns at low speeds.

After the advice probably I should go to down to 45īs to avoid rubbing issues...thanks for the help

I'm running on 205/45/17. You will be fine. Other then the obvious speed bumps, sharp dips no problems here.
