Does anyone know if 2010 yaris 3 door 5-speed comes with a tach?

I just ordered a 2010 Carmine Red Yaris fully loaded with tons of dealer accessories and cant get a straight answer from the dealer about the addition of a tach or not (these dealers are not very knowledgeable about specs, just price). Now this is clearly a 3 door 5 speed with a tach, BUT is this just for that part of the country? Does anyone know if 5 speed 3 doors will come to the east coast (New York) with a tach?

Used to be the US model only included the tach on the automatics (go figure.) If you wanted a manual with tach you had to buy the 'S' model. Not sure about the 2010's but I would assume that it does not include one that way you'll be happy if it does.

I bet it does have a tach because the toyota website says its available with manual transmission or Sport Package.

It does, its funtional if you ask me. Not too much smaller thsn the speedometer.

Pretty sure the tach became standard in 2010.

I don't see how it makes any sense to sell a manual car without a tach. That's like sellign a car without a speedo.

My '08 is an automatic and didn't come with the tach. Good thing the Ecometer has one. i'd be lost without it at the drag strip!

Hey, they dont call it an economy car for nothin, im still coping with the lack of power windows. 45mpg helps :thumbup:
