it is pretty cool...the UK have that panel in their current Yaris'...hopefully Oz will get it in a couple of years LOL
All we get is an all digital dash...but only in the hatch...sedan's are stuck with the analog display...

Hmm...that's one of the mods i put in my car...hhe heh...push button starter...
They are available...but you have to cut a small hole in the dash to install the button....

"Engine Start-Stop" comes standard with the higher grades of cars here.

What I do like a lot is the climate control LCD display

It's part of the Smart Key system available in Japan and Europe... we got shafted on that one in the states, not availiable, however, I'm thinking the only parts needed would be the button, the computer, a fob, and the door handles and hatch "handle" from a foreign market... the button, fob, and computer are probably the same parts as the Prius uses

edit: and I am aware that this kind of switch would must likly involve alot of work... I just like to know my options :smile:

yeah, and it's actually quite annoying. In the BMW, this button is actually an extra step if you don't have the smart key system. You have to plug in the key, THEN press the button. Normally you just plug in the key, turn and go.
