Those of you who have bought and run 20" rims - can anyone elaborate on their choice of wheel? Rim size, offset, tire size....

Im buying a set and for obvious reasons need to get something thatll fit.

The wheels Ive decided on are 20x7.5 with 225/35/20 rubber. The offset isnt specified so im hoping to get that from someone who's running a wheel size similar/same. I assume that anyone with rims 7.5 wide will have to have the same offset. +38 seems to be a number I recall seeing elsewhere would this work?
Im ordering wheels today so heres hoping for something other than getting flamed.

Excellent. Thanks for your input.
the tire size difference between 30 and 35 series I assume would be negligible, its like 10mm or something.

it would be the difference between you rubbing alittle bit, and rubbing alot.... it is up to you... 225/30 20 is exactly 1 inch taller than stock... again, it is your car, you make the call

The reason I hessitated on the 30-35 difference is because I didnt know if I could get the 30's in the tire / wheel package I bought.
I ordered the 30 series with obvious upcharge. done.

Brand? is General 225/30/zr20 never used them before.
Ive driven the US somewhat and except in small towns and some cities (Spokane, Wash.) your highways are awsome compared with ours. We seem to spend a lot more on intercity infrastructure whereas the US seems to be spent on bridges and highways. My observation, correct me if Im wrong.
My commute these days is about 1.5km - 3km if I take the kid to daycare. The wheels will be on prob. for 3 weeks before the winters go back on it.
