It just helps with the throttle lag is what most people say, it like controls how big the throttle is already open in different modes.

Im pretty sure you don't actually "gain" any hp power if that what you mean.:smile:

You can probably do the install yourself. The only tricky part deals with taking the harness off from the pedal. Once you get that done, everything else is cake:

reverse wire is included...but the system itself resets to normal everytime its turned off its still good to hook up the reerse wire just incase...

That is okay for me, I would rather have to set it every time that way if the wife jumps in the car she won't get a big surprise. The funny thing is I have 2 yaris sedans. Mine is extremely laggy and the wifes has hardly any, barely noticeable.

I am just gonna set mine high enough to get rid of the lag and that is it, hopefully it will eliminate it.

Just got it in the mail. Very fast shipping Easy to install. Even tapped the reverse light wire. This was the hardest part just because It was at an awkward location. The unit is Branded Violence Throttle Controller. Liked all the connector sizes that made for easy install/feeding for the wires.
