interior/exterior lights

hello everyone, i own a '08 yaris sedan and I have encountered a problem last night. i was on my way home and my lights inside the car and my headlights were blinking at the same time,could it be the battery or a blown fuse? and everytime i turn my steering wheel, all the lights starts to dim a little bit,please let me knnow thanx guys!

Check the headlight switch connector. When I was doing some wiring on the column I noticed that wiggling the connector would make the headlights flicker. It turned out that the ground pin on the connector was a bit sloppy, so I popped the pin and bent it a bit to make it tight.

At the base of the headlight stalk. You have to remove the lower steering column cover to get at it.
