For a low boost application an economical option would be an AEM FIC.

Then again... the BT is not the best suited engine for force induction. 11:1 CR and skiny con rods. I would not suggest pushing more than 8 psi and that is with a very good tune.

That's me. 8.5 - 10psi won't be a problem. 11-14psi can be done with water injection which I plan on doing soon. Remember psi doesn't mean anything until you specify what turbo you are using. I am using a gt28 with a 60 a/r. Most importantly you need to have a rock solid tune. My car was tuned for almost 4 weeks to make sure everything was perfect.

Obviously you cant run 8.5 psi with stock internals and a gt30 turbo.

And I was using megasquirt.

248hp to the front motor
255hp to the rear motor

if you need any parts let me know. I work for turbinetech ;)

if i'm using megasquirt do they sell ecu patch harness or i will have to rewire everything cause i just finish to rewire the complet paseo and wich injector do you use??? the last turbo setup i did i was using a smt6 with 2 fuel rail the fisrt rail was the stock h22 345cc injector and the second one was the dsm 450cc injector so in full boost its about 795cc

thanks for help

I am using a gt28 with a 60 a/r.

I think the smaller choice a/r is .64 on the Garrett at least, the large one is .83 or something like that? I used the smaller one too.

where did you get your intake plenum to suit your turbo setup on the 4 itb

Garm you're right it's a 64 a/r.

We put a turbo setup on my buddys Sentra spec v. Stock engine running 14psi on a t3/4 turbo. Just throw in a wide band and crank the boost. As long as you don't lean out you keep upping the boost.

The intake plenum was made by turbine tech.

ok for the plenum i take a look to turbinetech and they got a lot of stock for suzuki but did not find any toy plenum do you have to make a special order??? now witch injector did you use i find out that i can use any toyota side feed injector.. i don't want to go more than 8psi so should i use the 3sgte 340cc supra 440cc or supra 550cc injector???
