This thread is for a proposed meet among VANCOUVER/LOWER MAINLAND Yaris/Echo owners who wish to meet up.

I tried doing this before and didn't get many responses.
If you guys are serious, please respond and let us know which weekend dates are good for you.

So far the following people have expressed an interest:

I wanted to prior to snow season but will probably have to now opt out. Was up on tuesday and was caught in snow on the coke on the way home. My wheels wont be in until the end of this coming week and they sure as hell arent winters. Plus to top it all off my wife is due anytime in the next 3 weeks or so... needless to say Im stranded here in Kelowna... unless folks are driving this way...

okay guys i have to be out of this meet because i got hit from behind yesterday when iw as making a left turn and my rear wheel fender part got hit so my car is not driveable and ICBC may take a long time to process it.

my car has to be towed to the icbc place for assessment but that takes about a week cuz of the long weekend and then it needs to towe to the shop. hope icbc doesnt jew me!

It's been raining cats and dogs here in Vancouver so this meet is on indefinite hold, imo.

The connector (Kelowna to Merrit) was bunged up the other day because of a semi truck, prior to that were a few cars in the ditch. The connector SUCKS hardcore in the winter, its not a bad stretch of road so I dont really understand why its so bad in the winter (to many of those snow plows having their requisite sleep during bad weather).
Plus the fact that everyone does 120+ all year round on that highway.

i just want to say please drive safe guys and i got my estimate from ICBC today and they said its gonna cost 7000 BIG BUCKS to get my car fully fixed! >.<

anybody wanna buy AEM CAI? Silver, completely new, not even opened yet. Got it from c2auto.com. If you wanted one from there, you could get it now same price but without the wait!

ICBC is sh*t plain and simple.... They quoted me 2500 originally to fix my malibu... when it was said and done 9800 plus tax and my deductible. Told me it was a mistake to fix it but someone had to foot the bill for the money they had into it.... I fu*king detest ICBC.

The malibu was even more of a lemon after the fix.

IF THEY QUOTE YOU AT 7000 FIGHT THEM TO WRITE IT OFF, YOULL NEVER HAVE THE SAME CAR AGAIN!!!!!!

(Find out what their blue book value is for it at this point and the % they use to determine a write off)
