C-One Side Skirts and Hood (Replica)

I've put a TON of time into both of these pieces, nearly all the fitment is done 99% of it and I've put $100 into paint that just doesnt match. I'm close to just going with a flat black paint but i'd rather sell it and see someone get them professionally painted to make them look like they should.

Both look awesome shape and fit wise. I'm just sick of blowing money on paint.

It would be so easy if i had a black car. I dont think you could screw it up with a black car .. or white for that matter.

but i've had my fun.

$400 Local Pickup for the 3 items (both skirts and hood)

or I can box them up and shipp them UPS ground for a probably $100 more.

need to sell asap. before i decide to start playing with them again

Its sad sine i've probably got a good 20-30 hours in these after the few months i've been working on them. but i'm feeling frustrated. lol.. wishing i had the black car lol

its a good base coat for the black :)

its all professionally mixed real automotive paint. so painting over it wont be a problem.

i did try seeing if i could wax it so just get some spray on wax remover before painting :) and she'll be ready to go..

offer up . i could ship today if the price is right :)

its alot lighter than the stock hood too .. which is sweet

i enjoy trading and selling and working on things :) keeps me busy. right now my "real job" is only 2-3 days a week .. so the other time i like projects to play with. most times when i get done with them i have some other project i would like to do so i sell the last project to fund the next :)

i decided to try a 3 step wet sand on the hood . got a nice shine to it but ended up getting too light in spots.. i thought i would be able to get it nice and shiny and maybe keep it ..but I think its destined to be black :)

after some TLC and wet sanding the hood looks pretty good. other than some light spots from over sanding .. i wish i had an orbital buffer now

ahhh you have a problem with paint too! and it seems lighter than stock colors lol....same issue as me with my rear bumper! makes me wonder if toyota paint just fades this fast over time naturally. gl with sale!
