map light goes on with Door Open

hi guys,

may i know What is the EASIEST way to modify my 2 map lights go on when the door open and i want to keep it's original setting which lights will go on when i press it as well.

I think what I've decided to do to accomplish this is to run a wire down from the dome light power to power 2 LEDs I will install in holes drilled right next to the bulb holes. THat way the LEDs will come on and fade with the dome lights, but the map lights are unmodified
