I really HOPE that Toyota doesn't have the Hard Candy Yaris there.

7-11 usually has a $2 off coupon before the show.

But I don't like going to 7-11's. Guy behind the counter always tries to start an annoying conversation with me because I'm the same race he is :frown:

So which day is the Yaris crew going?

Does anyone know if Toyota will be doing any interesting stuff with the LFA or the FT86? I want to go on the 4th but if they are doing something I might hold off

EDIT: Just bought my tickets online for Friday, opening day

Just got back from the show, love the Yaris, liked the Fit, loved the Genesis Coupe, and was shocked by the Kia Forte Coupe. Very sad that Nissan/Infiniti didn't show, WTF

Also caught a glimpse of the Ford Fiesta and Mazda 2, I liked the Mazda, meh about the Fiesta

There were quite a few makers absent: Bentley, Lamborgini, Ferrari, Alfa Romeo, Maybach, Buggati, Saab, Isuzu, and a few others. All the major companies tried to have a "green concept" car. The show is smaller than last year and the majors had less cars displayed. It use to be cramped, but now there's a lot of space between cars. The Porsche display was terrific as always and the Cayman and Panamera fits me perfectly. Chrysler no longer have the Neon and PT Cruiser, so it's all gas guzzlers for them. The Ford Fiesta looks good. It's about the same as the Focus, but better MPG and cheaper. The auto industry will have to down size and make fuel efficient cars to survive.:frown:
