Foglight burning up inside

I got both the Microimage's fog light kit and 09 bezel from ebay for a steal at $70.

Confusing as the instructions are, right now they are just installed as show and no go (im confused on installing, 2 relays?). When i tested to see if they lit up (pos battery and ground), after about 30 seconds or so, the fog lights start smoking and i need to remove the bulb and let the smoke come out. Bulb is the stock H11 55w, so is it because i need to have it properly wired to not have this happen? I dont see why tho.

The bulbs that usually come in aftermarket kits are not very good. I tossed mine ASAP. Buy the Sylvania,Philips or Osram (Germany) brand and try again.
Also, you can wire up the lights a lot easier by buying an OEM Toyota foglight relay that plugs right into the under dash fuse center. This way the little fog light icon will even light up on the dash!:thumbup:
I used instructions from user "clowncar" that worked perfectly.
