Body Damage (Small) Help

Anyone in the Htown area good at fixing body damage cheap or free? I have fixed a lot of it myself, I just need help getting it all lined up... I think it might be a small piece underneath that is bent or broken. Any second opinion is welcome and if you are local to Houston hit me up on yarishouston.com (http://yarishouston.com)

ITs at the light and fender seam on the front/right side, I think there is a clip that holds them in place, just dont know what it is for sure to order part.
