Whats the lowest offset and widest wheel run on a yaris?

You can run whatever you like. Depends on how you want your car to look and/or perform.
You have to be more specific on what kind of look you want.

You also have to ask yourself if you plan on suspension mods too. If so which method: lowering springs, struts, or coilovers? Certain ride heights and spring rates can cause rubbing at certain offsets and rim + tire sizes. It just depends on what you're willing to deal with while driving...

I'm looking at wheels that are 16x8 +0 offset all around. As far as suspension goes, I was either going with coilovers or the Tein s-techs as this springs give the lowest drop from all the available springs.

There are pics of 15x8 with 20 offset in this thread. Not sure if it helps.. I'd talk to tamago about it, and he could tell you if its doable and/or if you need hub spacers or anything.

Also, I think DF210s are lower than tein s.techs

From what I have read is that the s-techs drop the car 1.9 inches all around. The DF210s drop 1.8 in the front and 1.6 in the rear. Unless i am mistaken?

actually, it's 1.6 front and 1.8 rear:thumbsup: however, many people say the dfs sag a little so maybe the difference is minimal:iono:

As long as the ride height is stock!

An 16x8" wheel with 0 offset assuming 205/40 tires will stick out 55mm or 2.2" more than stock steelies/rubber.

Plus the speedometer will read 5.5% faster.

Definitely a no-go with the S-techs!

to tuck a 8 inch wide +0 offset you will have to run a good amount of negative camber and or stretch your tires, or just get a wide body kit..... either way it is just ugly and pointless

I have 15x8 XXR 501 wheels on my car i tested 0-offset XXR 513 but they poke way to much you gonna have to add lots of camber and have your fenders rolled and pumped to run 0's with +15s im running 3.5 negative camber front and rear with a stretch tire lowered on Tein coilovers and rolled the fender.

What i did was get the SPC camber bolt for the top bolt and ran a Toyota camber bolt for the bottom i forgot what the part number is for the thinnest one is but thats how i got 3.5 negative camber for the from and for the rear i made my own shims similar to what Penguin was selling just a thicker washer.
