TRD quickshifter question

After installing the TRD engine bay quickshifter i find its a bit hard to shift reverse. All other gears are working fine is this normal?

Yeah i got the NST one. Which is the same design as the TRD engine bay one. It is abit harder to get into reverse, but you get use to it after awhile....its not to bad. Intially when i first got it it was abit harder to get it into reverse, but once you use it for a while it won't seem as tight. Seems to be the way it is. Wouldn't worry about it.
