how do i take off the front bumper 08 lb

there are little pop clips along the top, you push down in the middle and pop up

there are also ones located in each fender by the wheels

once those are off then just pop it down

if you mean by completely off, there are screws on the bottom

Have a look at the fog light PDF :thumbsup:, i think the bumper removal is on page 8,9 and 10.
