will the new production piece be ding, scratch and dent free? Or will customers have to finish up the piece by prepping and painting? either way, this is a cool product and I think a lot of people will want it.

Great job guys the finish of this one looks much much better.

It's hard to put into words how great it is to see people supporting the Yaris scene by doing custom stuff like this. Keep up the great work.

The smaller more compact design is much better and lighter looking very nice job. When would these be ready for ordering?

For the slim version tho (and keep this in mind) are a few ways to install them:
1- hot glue; it holds the piece right on and it doesn't move, the down side is that you'll need to remove the cover and glu it...
2- use the supplied screws; because it is with screws it will be impossible to move, since the screws are much smaller it doesn't look as bulky as before...
3- because is so slim after install is complete you'll have to "dremmel" the holes for the tach/gauges on the cover behind the pod holder...
4- you WILL be abble to use some space in the compartment but not all of it ( about 50%)

yup I'm interested along with some custom guages as well

what would you suggest for the larger opening since I already have a tach?

Well what I can do is include a "trim kit" that allows you to have 3 or 4 gauges if they fit, I'll check it out and let you know today, i'm sure I can do it with very little modification, as far as the custom gauges go, I can make it in any finish or color including brushed silver or carbon fiber look for the faces, as far as the Bessel (mine are green as u can see) I can paint those also in any color including metallic silver (not grey), the faces can have anything also... Your logo (If u have one) for example...

I hate to copy you, but your scheme is what I want - it's the scheme I had on my tC.

I'm looking at TRD gauge faces with green bezel trim . . . my Yaris is kind of copying my tC!

so I/m looking at water temp, voltage, and air/fuel. do you know by any chance which type a/f gauge I need to get?

^ good question. I haven't heard from the guys again since they said they fixed up the prototype.

I THINK they want some pre-orders to justify the cost of the mold, but that is a guess.

They are currently working on a one-off prototype right now.

This will be for all the Type S crowd - those that currently have a tach.

This will be a 3x 2" gauge cluster with scangauge in the lower center.

I will post pick next week after I receive the final product. . . .

stay tuned . . . . . .

Seeing that they are not vendors (yet), sales are supposed to go through me. If that arrangement has changed, will someone please let me know?

Bump!

Have you guys considered shaping the gauge housing to be compatible with the Ecliptech shift light that Garm carries (http://shop.microimageonline.com/Ecliptech-Progressive-Shift-Light-ecl-shift-i.htm)? Either the curved one above the gauges... or the more straight one beneath the center gauge where you mentioned a ScanGauge slot...? Sizes of it are as follows:
