Wtf? I've rotated my wheels every 10,000km and now my front two tyres are unroadworthy/bald enough after 30,000km. Just wondering did anyone else chew through there tires this fast? I don't burn rubber and drive an automatic. Really dissapointed in the life I got out of these tires. Had them for just 2 years!

I changed my tires at 15k miles. If you got 30k then you are lucky. They only have a 200 treadwear. Most you will ever get out of a 200 treadwear high performance tire is about 30k miles.

2 years sounds good to me; I wore out my front tires in 6 months. No burnouts or anything like that, just lots of mountain driving.

I changed my first set of tires a month ago. I had them just under 2 years BUT, I had 70,000 KMS on them. :) I got my mileage out of them! (mostly freeway cruising for me in case one wonders why it is so high)

yeh well if you flog your car they dont last long saying that i change tyres befor the warning marks are level i think the tyres are not work keeping after 80%worn in the wet that is, i have a mate who buys them off me $20 each for his 1600 for burnouts win win lol some people just don't understand that tyres are what keeps you on the road and can be the difference between life and death from what i have seen my mates to to there cars and body's because of worn or crap tyres, i am happy to pay $500 for 30,000 km and change then have to pay for insurance or pay with my life its less then .02 of a cent per km think about it it takes me 30 km to get to work total of $1 a day for tyres frig one hour of work pays for 40 days of safe driving ... sounds good to me

30k on OE tires isnt too bad....there IS a reason they throw them in on your economy car...

I got 56,000 miles out of mine before they were at the 1/8th inch mark. I did the occasional burnout, but never that often, and i do take turns pretty fast.

^^ you dropped those
Anyway, I'm averaging 1 year and 25,000 miles per set of tires. Buy from discount tire and you get the rest of the tread mileage guarantee prorated on to your next tires. I got my current tires at about half off since they lasted 25,000 miles out of the 60,000 warranty. Plus they do free rotating and balancing. I found my tires last a lot longer if I balance as well as rotate every 5k instead of just rotating.

I got 35,000kms on my car and my tyres still have atleast 3mm worth of tread to the indicator (stock wheels with dunlops for daily, rims on for cruises/events). Car is lowered on coilovers and no major wear on the front tyres yet. Havent even taken the car for wheel alignment ever since i've had it the car. I guess it depends on how hard you drive around corners.
