ambient map lighting?

In the past I've had an Audi that featured red "ambient" map lighting, and I also have another car today that has yellow ambient map lighting. It looks like these are mounted in the vicinity of the "white" incandescent lights, and are always on when the dash lights are on.

Any idea if there's an aftermarket kit to install ambient map lighting like this on the Yaris?
